Read how a table made a blind woman to see again


Isn't this miraculous? 24 year old Lisa Reid, (pictured above) have been a blind woman for the past 3-5 years. She just wanted to say goodnight to her dog and as she bent to give the dog a kiss, her head mistakenly hit on the table just beside her. She then went to bed and when she woke up in the morning, yah!!! her sight was restored. She told ABC News:

Nobody knows what happened or can explain it,' 'I can't really find words to describe how it felt - amazing, fantastic. 'You can imagine not being able to see and then you can, you can't really describe that. 'To see the world again visually is a gift.' "I just saw the white of my ceiling ..Looking around my room… the light shining through the curtains… the window frame"

This incident have really amazed doctors who said there is no medical explanation for how Reid regained her sight, while some suggest her blindness may have been psychological. What do you think?

Robbers circulate letters of their coming to residents in Igando, Lagos

We have come to the stage where armed robbers now write to residents of their coming so they can prepare earlier and keep something for them (robbers). Residents of Onimaba, College Bus stop, Ikotun Road, Igando, Lagos have been given reasons to live in fear since last week Thursday after a letter purportedly written by armed robbers circulated their streets. The letter, numbering about 20 was typed on an A4 paper and was scattered on the streets, which was noticed by residents as they woke up on Thursday morning. The letter reads, "Be prepared, be prepared, be prepared. Our dues must be paid this festive season. Nobody can stop us as we can strike at any time. Only enough money can save your life. To be forewarned is to be fore-harmed. We don inform you people of this area. if you get ear, make you hear ooooo." A landlord who gave his name as Alhaji Lawal during an interview with Punch, said..   Riot police were out in force with several Brazilian cities in case trouble kicked off. in Rio de janeiro officers descended on copacabana beach amid reports of gunfire. Authorities were called to a densely populated area of Sao paulo after football supporters reportedly set a bus alight. Spectators inside the Mineirao stadium in Belo horizonte were in tears as a their sides succumbed to a humiliating 7-1 defeat to Germany in the world cup semi-final ending dreams of a title on home soil last night. Brazil head coach Felipe Scolari said he had experienced the worst day of his life in the wake of the result. he said i will be remembered probably because i lost 7-1, the worst defeat brazil has ever had but that was a risk i knew i was running  when i accepted this position. Life goes on that's what i will do.
