Too much tweeting leads to arguments, often about the amount spent on the social media network, as well as jealousy about who a partner is talking to.The study also found the more active a couple is on the network, the more likely they are to be unfaithful to each other, and for the relationship to eventually break down completely. According to a new lawsuit, Katy Perry blatantly stole from a gospel hip-hop singer and then tarnished it with witchcraft, paganism and black magic. According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims Perry’s hit song ‘’Dark Horse’’ is a rip-off of an award-winning Christian gospel song ‘’Joyful Noise’’ and it was released five years before Perry’s track. Flame is the artiste filing the suit along with other singers. According to them, Katy Perry not only hijacked their song but she also destroyed their reputation in the Christian music world. They claim Perry’s version has made them to be associated with anti-Christian witchcraft and imagery that appears in the ‘’Dark Horse’’ music video. Flame and co are suing for damages and they want Perry to stop using any form of their music.

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested four women for allegedly abducting and selling a nine-year-old girl, identified simply as Blessing, for N650,000. The women are Fausat Ogidan, Abibat Oresanya, Bola Obajuruwa and Idiyat Abass. According to Punch, Ogidan, who was with the nine-year-old girl, and collected the sum on behalf of others, was arrested in the Gbagada area of Lagos.The 51-year-old woman, who is married with four children, had arranged to sell the girl and on that Sunday.The girl was given to Ogidan by Obajuruwa, commonly known as Iya Alaje, who lives in the Suberu Street, Alakuko area of Lagos. Iya Alaje also confessed that she had told Ogidan to sell the girl for N350,000 before she was caught. She said, “I used to sell herbs in the Agege Market. I told Fausat (Ogidan) to sell the girl forN350,000, but Fausat added N300,000 as her own profit. The girl was sold to me by Idiyat (Abass) and her elder sister, Abibat.“I bought her from them f...

The student, Ndudi Ogwu, and Chukwudi Ifemeni were sent to prison with hard labour for kidnapping a nurse. Ogwu, an ND II mechanical engineering undergraduate and the businessman were sent to 10 years for kidnapping and four years for conspiracy. The court held that the prosecution had proved its case against the two accused persons beyond reasonable doubt and thus convicted and sentenced them accordingly. The prosecution had told the court that Ogwu and Ifemeni with two others now at large kidnapped one Mrs. Kate Okogu, wife of Mr. Paul Okogu, a politician. Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi and the team captain Joseph Yobo have both quit the team after failing to qualify to the quarter-final stage of the 2014 World Cup,  Vanguard  reports. Speaking yesterday evening after the Eagles’ loss to France in the round of 16, Keshi said it was time to move on. “I have to go back to my family and face fresh challenges,” Keshi said. Tragedy struck at the Onikolobo area of Abeokuta, Ogun State on Saturday when a 33-year-old man, Oluwatosin Otaiku, stabbed himself to death after his fiancee, Olaogun Oluwatoyin, discontinued the relationship.According to Punch ,after the girlfriend made a U-turn, the deceased was said to have become worried, and this made neighbours, who were aware of the development, to intervene.
