SAY NO TO ABORTION AND PILLS
If you don't want to have a baby there are two main options either to abstain from sex which is the best option or by using contraceptives which is so bad for your health. In my research lately i noticed the rate at which young people get rid of unwanted pregnancy either by cervical surgery or using sort of pills that may damage their entire life is on the high rate.
You might
be thinking ‘yeah ok, I already know that girls get pregnant through sexual
intercourse and you know the pills to use not to get pregnant but my dear you have being in danger and now you need to stop it. But are you sure that you really know the facts about pregnancy?
There are a lot of myths out there. Despite what you may have heard, a girl cannot
become pregnant through some process. you just need to discipline your self by knowing when to abstain from sex which is two days to your ovulation, during your ovulation and two days after then you save your self from using pills all the time and the fear of unwanted pregnancy is gone.
Some
women and girls don’t want to have a baby, but yet become pregnant because they’ve
had sex without the knowledge of when to have sex and when not to or because they so much have confidence in contraception that can fail or damage their future. In these situations, women may decide to have
an abortion. This is where a woman becomes pregnant, but the embryo or foetus
(unborn baby) is removed, stopping pregnancy. this is so horrible (Exodus 20:13) you shall not murder and health wise it is not advisable.
when
it comes to which birth control method works best: the vast majority say that
abstinence is the best but with the scandal trending now young ladies don't abstain anymore. if you cannot abstain below are the steps to take instead of using pills or going through abortion.
Every girl undergo menstruation once they have emerged their puberty age. Each month, your reproductive system repeats a regular pattern of events
(your cycle, or your menstrual cycle), all controlled by hormones. The
menstrual cycle is defined as the time from the first day of a woman’s
period to the first day of her next period. NOTE: Menstruation is a monthly shedding of a female's uteral lining; it lasts
about 3 to 5 days (average) and contains blood and tissue that exits
her body through the cervix and vagina – the first day of menstruation
is the first day of your period. Most ladies are so careless that they don't even know how their body system work please this is so important.
Read this carefully! The menstrual cycle is the hormonal driven cycle; day 1 is the first day of your period (bleeding) while day 14 is the approximate day you ovulate and if an egg is not fertilized, hormone levels eventually drop and at about day 25; the egg begins to dissolve and the cycle begins again with the period at about day 30. start counting days from the first day you see blood till the fourteenth day. e.g lets assume you see the first blood on the 5th, the fourteenth day ends on the eighteenth your ovulation starts on the 11th day and ends on the 14th day so during this period your chances of getting pregnant are so high, abstain from sex during this period or use condoms
CONDOMS CAN PREVENT DISEASE AND UNPLANNED PREGNANCY.
And let's face it, sex is more fun when you're not worried about getting pregnant or getting an STD.
Abstinence is the only way to avoid becoming infected with an STD or getting pregnant. However, condoms are highly effective at preventing STDs. If you feel you and your partner are ready to have sex, it is important to use protection every time. That means using a condom
As ovulation approaches, cervical mucus becomes more abundant, takes on a watery to raw-egg-white-like consistency, and stretches up to an inch or more between your fingers.

- You're most fertile( chances of getting pregnant) two to three days before ovulation, and 12 to 24 hours after ovulating.
- Sperm
can live up to six days in a woman's body. So your best chance for
conception is to have sex a few days before you ovulate. so now that you know when your ovulation starts, leave 2-3 days before your ovulation starts.
Research has shown what many of us already notice: Women experience an increase in sexual desire when they are most fertile.(ovulation)
This libido boost comes a couple days before you ovulate, which is the right time to have sex if you want to just use condom
Sign of Ovulation #1: Cervical Mucus Changes
As ovulation approaches, your cervical mucus changes in amount and consistency. By paying careful attention to the change, you can predict your most fertile days. When you're not ovulating, cervical mucus may appear sticky, creamy, or may be entirely absent. As ovulation approaches, cervical mucus becomes more abundant, takes on a watery to raw-egg-white-like consistency, and stretches up to an inch or more between your fingers.

ReplyDelete@anonymous you are so right irrespective of your cycle, just note this immediately u see your first blood, begin to count days till fourteen days within this days, abstain from the 11th day till the 14th day cos that is your fertile period and i will also advice to leave like 2 days extra before your ovulation starts because sperm uses 2days inside the foetus so that the sperm wont meet your egg during ovulation and also leave 2days after cos ders different body system. hope this is useful?
