Terrible: 25-year-old tenant beat elderly landlord to a coma in Lagos.

A 25-year-old Ogunshola Olayinka  in Lagos has been arrested by the police after reports told that he beat his landlord into a coma.
He is said to have beaten his 60-year-old landlord, Salau Salako so badly that the latter was rendered unconscious.
Ogunshola is facing charges of assault and attempted murder before a Magistrate court sitting in the Ojokoro area of the state.
The accused was said to have committed the offence at about 8.45pm on May 31 in the Ijaye area of the state.
The prosecutor, Inspector Lugard Ahonle said:
“Ogunshola had an argument with his landlord, one Mr Salau Salako, over house rent during which he beat him into coma.”
Ahonle further added that the victim was receiving treatment at the Orile Agege General Hospital.
The case was adjourned to July 8 for mention.

Ebola: Lagos Matron who attended to Liberian victim also shows symptoms....

The Chairman of Nigerian Medical Association,Lagos State chapter Dr. Tope Ojo, disclosed that the matron of the hospital where the Liberian Ebola victim, Patrick Sawyer, was admitted is now showing signs of the virus. She was one of the several health workers who attended to him prior to his demise on July 25th. He said "We know that the infected doctor is stable, however, the matron is showing symptoms too. But everybody, including the experts from the World Health Organisation, are doing all they can.Strike or no strike, we must respond to emergencies.
