JUST IN: Jennifer Lopez Will Perform At The #WorldCup Opening Ceremony

The international singing star Jennifer Lopez will perform at the Brazil 2014 Opening Ceremony tomorrow  Thursday, June 12, 2014. earlier on Sunday, FIFA officials announced that Lopez would not perform the official World Cup song “We Are One” alongside Pitbull and Claudia Leitte citing “production issues,” according to the New York Daily News. But Lopez’s representative now says the announcement was “premature.” “Jennifer has always wanted to participate in the World Cup opening ceremonies,” her representative told the magazine.
“We have been trying to work out scheduling and logistics. Any statements to the contrary were premature. Jennifer would not want to disappoint her fans or fans of football. She will be performing.”

The Chairman of Nigerian Medical Association,Lagos State chapter Dr. Tope Ojo, disclosed that the matron of the hospital where the Liberian Ebola victim, Patrick Sawyer, was admitted is now showing signs of the virus. She was one of the several health workers who attended to him prior to his demise on July 25th. He said "We know that the infected doctor is stable, however, the matron is showing symptoms too. But everybody, including the experts from the World Health Organisation, are doing all they can.Strike or no strike, we must respond to emergencies.
