BREAKING NEWS: Kano Governor Kwankwaso Announces New Emir Of Kano

The former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has been named the new Emir of Kano. The governor of Kano State Rabiu Kwankwaso, announced this today 08/06/2014 flanked by four kingmakers from the Kano Emirate.
The seat was vacant following the death of late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero on Friday,  June 6, 2014.
