I built my N110million house on mortgage- Dr Sid

Mavin Records artiste and popular Afro hip-hop singer, Dr. Sid, has revealed that his N110million home in Lekki, which made headlines months ago, was built on Mortgage.
Unlike some of his peers, who would rather inflate the cost just to give the impression that they have ‘truly arrived’, Dr. Sid in an interview with E-punch, chose to give details on the property.
“I put a mortgage payment plan in place, based on the savings I had made four years before I started a career in music. I am still paying for the house. And by the grace of God, I will get a second one soon. I pay close to N1m a month and sometimes, more. I am going to do this for the next 25 years and I am not ashamed to say it,” he revealed.

Robbers circulate letters of their coming to residents in Igando, Lagos

We have come to the stage where armed robbers now write to residents of their coming so they can prepare earlier and keep something for them (robbers). Residents of Onimaba, College Bus stop, Ikotun Road, Igando, Lagos have been given reasons to live in fear since last week Thursday after a letter purportedly written by armed robbers circulated their streets. The letter, numbering about 20 was typed on an A4 paper and was scattered on the streets, which was noticed by residents as they woke up on Thursday morning. The letter reads, "Be prepared, be prepared, be prepared. Our dues must be paid this festive season. Nobody can stop us as we can strike at any time. Only enough money can save your life. To be forewarned is to be fore-harmed. We don inform you people of this area. if you get ear, make you hear ooooo." A landlord who gave his name as Alhaji Lawal during an interview with Punch, said..
