Today Wednesday the 23rd of April, 2014 is Nollywood movie star Ini Edo’s birthday On a day like today in year 1982, She was born In iobong Edo Ekim in Akwa Ibom State.
For her secondary school education, she attended Cornelia Connelly College in Calabar and later moved on to UniUyo where she bagged a diploma in Theatre Arts.
She furthered her education at the University of Calabar where she bagged a degree in English.
Ini Edo has featured in over 100 interesting movies.
In November 2008 she got married to Philip Ehiagwina, a US-based businessman.

Ebola: Lagos Matron who attended to Liberian victim also shows symptoms....

The Chairman of Nigerian Medical Association,Lagos State chapter Dr. Tope Ojo, disclosed that the matron of the hospital where the Liberian Ebola victim, Patrick Sawyer, was admitted is now showing signs of the virus. She was one of the several health workers who attended to him prior to his demise on July 25th. He said "We know that the infected doctor is stable, however, the matron is showing symptoms too. But everybody, including the experts from the World Health Organisation, are doing all they can.Strike or no strike, we must respond to emergencies. Our doctors are at the Yaba hospital where isolated contacts are being monitored.”
